Cancellations need to be received by our office at least 7 business day prior to arrival date by 6 am in the morning. For later cancellation requests we cannot guarantee that there will be any refund.

All cancellations need to be made in writing and be sent to info@hotelsinistanbul.net. We will not accept any cancellations made through other agencies or at the hotel direct. If you nevertheless cancel through other services and do not cancel with hotelsinIstanbul.net we cannot guarantee that there will be any refund and possible refunds can take up to 6 weeks!!

After cancelling a reservation we will sent you a confirmation of the cancellation by email and do not charge the amount of the reservation.

We do not take any responsibility for cancellation fees resulting out of reservations which need to be cancelled due to the fact that a customer sent it "by mistake" or with wrong dates or informations.

In case you have any questions regarding our services please send your question prior to reserving to info@hotelsinistanbu.net. Reservation forms are designed for reservation purposes only and will automatically be processed. Questions on reservation forms cannot be considered prior to placing a reservation.
