How can I change a hotel reservation made through your services?

Just write an email to info@hotelsinIstanbul.net and mention your name, the hotel name and the date on which you send the reservation, if you have already a confirmation number (printed on the hotel voucher) this would also help in locating the correct reservation. Then please state in the e-mail which part of the reservation you need to have changed, for example arriving a day earlier, staying two more days, new different arrival and departure dates or similar.

We will then process the change request and send you a new confirmation and hotel voucher as soon as possible. No reservation is changed until you receive this new confirmation!! Please note: we can process change requests only up to three business days prior to arrival date.

To cover the costs of time consuming reservation changes (often we need to cancel a made reservation and place a completely new one) we do not request a fee for the first change if another change becomes necessary than we take a 5 $ change fee on all subsequent change requests, no matter how little or much needs to be done.
